A clear and usable Field Lab website
fde.tw supports keyboard use, assistive technology, readable zoom, visible focus, responsive layouts, and corresponding English and Chinese pages.
01
Our target
The website is designed and tested toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The implementation uses semantic structure, visible focus, keyboard-operable navigation, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, and layouts that reflow on narrow screens.
TekaaS combines automated checks with keyboard, desktop, mobile, zoom, and visual review because automated tools do not identify every barrier.
02
Known context
Published information is available through text and navigation without requiring a Simulator interface, video, audio, or third-party embedded content. Enquiry and accessibility feedback links open purpose-specific TekaaS forms.
Corresponding content is available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Language switching keeps the visitor on the corresponding page where available.
03
Feedback and accommodation
If you encounter a barrier on fde.tw, use the linked TekaaS accessibility feedback form in your language. Describe the affected page, task, technology, and preferred response format without confidential or sensitive information. Reading this page does not send feedback.
TekaaS will review the reported page, task, technology, and preferred response format and will seek a reasonable way to provide the relevant public information.
04
Ongoing review
TekaaS checks accessibility when fde.tw pages, navigation, or material design change and continues to address confirmed barriers after publication.
Browsers, assistive technologies, languages, and user needs vary. If a reported barrier cannot be corrected immediately, TekaaS will seek a reasonable alternative for the relevant public information while it evaluates the issue.
05
What visitors can use
Public pages, primary navigation, legal information, and purpose-specific forms are available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese where corresponding content exists. External links are identified by their destination.
Visitors can use keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, readable contrast, responsive layouts, language switching, labelled form fields and errors, and reduced-motion preferences.
