FDE Academy

Build the FDE judgement and collaboration needed to bring AI into real workflows.

Enterprise AI requires more than tool fluency. Practitioners and teams need to understand business outcomes, redesign work, connect systems, manage evidence, clarify authority, and support adoption through continuous field practice.

01

Why ordinary AI training is not enough

Model and tool knowledge can help people begin, but real deployment often fails where the business capability, human baseline, roles, permissions, system handoffs, adoption, or stop conditions are unclear. FDE Academy develops the ability to move an AI capability into a real workflow and explain how it should be validated and governed.

02

Five core capability areas

Business capability and workflow judgement

Turn a vague AI request into a bounded outcome, accountable ownership, tasks, handoffs, and exceptions.

Industry and solution translation

Connect domain language, rules, relationships, and applicability to systems and delivery choices.

Evidence and evaluation

Distinguish sources, assumptions, observations, counter-evidence, and decision thresholds.

Authority, governance, and escalation

Clarify who may recommend, approve, execute, pause, withdraw, and escalate.

Collaboration, adoption, and field return

Make delivery transferable, reviewable, and useful to the next operating cycle.

03

W0-W8: from foundations to continuous field practice

W0-W2 establish role, data, and rights boundaries, a business-capability definition, and the human workflow baseline. W3-W5 connect industry meaning, systems, permissions, success, failure, human authority, and no-go conditions. W6-W8 use continuous scenarios, team review, equivalent reruns, and field return to test whether judgement transfers.

Approved program, cohort, curriculum, progress, and workspace details are provided through Learn.

04

Learning is a reviewable practice loop

  1. Start with the problem

Clarify the work, roles, conditions, and responsibility.

  2. Create an Artifact

Make the judgement visible through a workflow, capability, evidence, or handoff design.

  3. Enter a scenario

Face events, exceptions, and time pressure in a simulation or team practice.

  4. Receive human review

Review evidence, tradeoffs, collaboration, escalation, and unsupported conclusions.

  5. Teach back

Explain the design and what evidence would change it.

  6. Revise and rerun

Apply feedback and test whether judgement transfers under equivalent variation.

05

Representative capability outputs

Capability and workflow brief

A bounded statement of outcome, work, ownership, and exceptions.

Industry meaning and applicability note

Terms, assumptions, sources, limits, and exceptional conditions.

System and authority map

Data, systems, permissions, recovery, and human authority.

Evidence and evaluation plan

Supporting evidence, counter-evidence, thresholds, and stop conditions.

Team adoption recommendation

Handoffs, operating habits, and capability transfer priorities.

Reviewed development plan

Observed strengths, limitations, and an appropriate next practice step.

06

Individual and enterprise team paths

Practitioners can develop field judgement across consulting, product, engineering, operations, governance, and domain work. Enterprise teams can build shared language, cross-functional collaboration, role clarity, and capability transfer around an approved organizational problem.

07

Within the FDE capability system

Methods provides the common frame; Academy turns it into individual and team capability; Network organizes that capability into accountable collaboration; Simulator and Field Labs test it under events, exceptions, and decision pressure.

08

How this capability supports enterprise engagement

FDE Academy can support operating decisions, cross-functional alignment, and capability transfer. TekaaS addresses the management question and commercial scope; fde.tw explains the capability-development method; Learn provides approved programs, cohorts, applications, mentoring, teams, and learning workspaces.

09

Trust boundary

Can support

  • Develop reviewable judgement, evidence habits, collaboration, and transfer plans.
  • Support a bounded conversation about individual or team development priorities.

Does not establish

  • Attendance, completion, an Artifact, one simulation, or one review does not establish overall capability.
  • Academy does not guarantee certification, employment, project work, client access, or production authority.
  • Development evidence is assessed separately from performance, hiring, project, and production decisions.

Choose the next path that fits

Practitioners can request the approved Academy application path; enterprises can discuss team capability, workflow, and operating-model needs.
