FDE Industry Simulator

Use repeatable industry scenarios to compare decisions, collaboration, and controls before formal investment.

Teams should not learn about high-impact workflows by letting them fail in production. Simulator places industry context, roles, events, evidence, exceptions, and authority into repeatable scenarios so teams can see where different approaches break down.

01

Why repeatable scenarios matter

A demonstration usually shows an ideal path, not missing data, system failure, role conflict, adoption friction, contradictory evidence, or an out-of-authority decision. Simulator lets teams face comparable conditions and makes choices, evidence, handoffs, escalation, and recovery available for human review.

02

What an industry scenario can express

Industry context

Business goals, terminology, rules, affected parties, and applicability.

Roles and responsibility

Who receives, judges, approves, executes, and escalates.

Events and work queues

Normal work, time pressure, priority shifts, and concurrent conflicts.

Evidence and uncertainty

Sources, gaps, counter-evidence, stale information, and claims needing confirmation.

Exceptions and failure modes

Missing data, unavailable systems, inadequate permission, handoff loss, and misuse.

Control and recovery

Human authority, pause, withdrawal, escalation, rollback, and later review.

03

Questions teams can compare

Decision path

How outcomes change under different work sequences and decision paths.

Handoffs

Where context, responsibility, or evidence is most likely to be lost.

Uncertainty

How uncertainty is communicated and when work should pause or escalate.

Human authority

Where AI recommendations and accountable human judgement conflict.

Adoption

How workload, usability, and role capability affect actual operation.

Recovery

Whether the team can restore work, explain failure, and improve the next cycle.

04

From scenario run to human review

  1. Set the purpose

Distinguish Academy practice, a Field Lab, or Industry Studio use.

  2. Freeze the conditions

Record scenario version, roles, available evidence, constraints, and observations sought.

  3. Run the events

Participants handle work, explain evidence, coordinate, escalate, and recover.

  4. Preserve the record

Capture decisions, evidence references, handoffs, exceptions, and open questions.

  5. Review with people

A facilitator or reviewer interprets observations against the purpose and limits.

  6. Define the next test

Change the scenario, capability, or workflow and compare the next result.

05

One technical capability, three uses

Academy

Formative practice, feedback, teach-back, and capability development.

Field Labs

Workflow, team, and control comparisons for a management decision.

Industry Studio

Industry meaning, solution hypotheses, failure modes, and applicability review.

06

Representative records and enterprise impact

A run can produce a scenario version, decision trace, evidence references, exception map, handoff observations, review notes, and the next test question. These records can expose workflow, authority, collaboration, and adoption problems before investment expands.

07

Within the FDE capability system

Methods defines what to observe, Network determines who participates, and Academy develops the required capability. Simulator supplies repeatable conditions for Field Labs and Industry Studio, while human review turns observations into development, management, or solution decisions.

08

How this capability supports enterprise engagement

Simulator can support TekaaS value validation and ongoing operating review. TekaaS defines the management question and service scope; fde.tw provides the simulation capability and method; approved learning, team, or Studio work uses the relevant Learn workspace.

09

Trust boundary

Can support

  • Compare decisions and collaboration under controlled, repeatable conditions.
  • Preserve bounded observations for human review and a proportionate next test.

Does not establish

  • Simulator is not an anonymous public trial, unattended assessment, or automatic certification product.
  • One run, model judgement, or score cannot decide capability, employment, procurement, a project, or deployment.
  • Production, legal, security, compliance, financial, and operating results require independent validation.

Choose a real question before choosing a tool

Start with a Field Lab when a team needs to compare approaches to a high-impact workflow. Use Academy or Industry Studio when the goal is capability development or an industry solution candidate.
