Industry FDE Studio

Turn industry experience into verifiable, reusable AI solution capability.

The scarce part of industry knowledge is how experienced people handle exceptions, risk, collaboration, and real constraints. Industry Studio makes that judgement modelable, testable, reviewable, and improvable without stripping its source or limits.

01

Four kinds of work we can develop

Industry work can create more than a talent list.

Solution

A bounded workflow or engineering option for review.

Teaching

A scenario or exercise for an agreed audience.

Team

A clearer role and collaboration pattern.

Knowledge

Reusable observations with source, scope, and rights recorded.

02

Why industry knowledge does not automatically become a solution

Domain experts know what matters, engineering teams know what can be built, and sponsors know what deserves investment. Without a shared workflow, language, evidence, and responsibility frame, that knowledge remains in interviews, presentations, or one-off customization.

03

We incubate more than a presentation

Industry workflow

Decisions, roles, handoffs, exceptions, and consequences in real operating conditions.

Domain meaning

Terms, relationships, rules, sources, exceptions, and applicability.

Capability binding

How AI, data, systems, and human responsibility meet at business nodes.

Scenario and evaluation

Conditions that expose failure, counter-evidence, authority, and adoption issues.

Solution candidate

A capability skeleton another organization can assess and adapt.

Learning and team candidate

Reviewed material for practice, teach-back, and team formation.

04

Five responsibilities work together

Domain and business

Explain value, limits, exceptions, and what a good result means.

FDE and workflow

Translate the problem into a business capability, workflow, and validation line.

Solution and integration

Connect data, systems, interfaces, failure handling, and recovery.

Evidence and governance

Review sources, counter-evidence, rights, accountability, and unsupported claims.

Learning and mentoring

Support reflection, teach-back, capability development, and transfer.

05

From an industry problem to a candidate capability

  1. Define the challenge

State the industry problem, outcome, affected roles, information boundary, and investment question.

  2. Model the workflow backward

Work backward from decisions, evidence, handoffs, exceptions, and consequences.

  3. Establish meaning and applicability

Record terms, rules, sources, conflicts, special cases, and non-generalizable parts.

  4. Form capability hypotheses

Connect AI, data, systems, human responsibility, evaluation, adoption, and stop conditions.

  5. Run scenarios

Test choices, failure modes, authority, and handoffs through simulation and team practice.

  6. Review evidence, rights, and lineage

Separate support, counter-evidence, open questions, confidential material, and permitted use.

  7. Teach back under variation

Test whether the team can explain and adapt its judgement when conditions change.

  8. Return candidate packages

Send solution, learning, team, and knowledge candidates to separate human reviews.

06

Four representative candidate packages

Industry solution package

Workflow, capability, architecture, responsibility, evidence, adoption, and failure-mode candidates.

Industry learning package

Scenarios, objectives, Artifacts, review points, and teach-back candidates.

Team evidence package

Responsibility coverage, collaboration observations, gaps, and development candidates.

Knowledge return package

A candidate with clear sources, counter-evidence, applicability, rights, and lineage.

07

Potential enterprise and industry impact

Industry Studio can distinguish recurring problems from customer-specific exceptions, reduce repeated work, make expert judgement reusable when rights permit, and give sponsors reviewed evidence for deciding whether an industry direction deserves further investment.

08

Rights, attribution, and applicability

Contributors retain their Background IP. Customer or employer confidential information must not be submitted. Public, learning, partner, knowledge, and cross-project uses require separate permission, with source, authorship, version, applicability, and lineage preserved.

09

Within the FDE capability system

Industry Studio combines Methods, Academy, Network, Simulator, and Field Labs. It turns reviewed industry observations into solution, learning, team, and knowledge candidates, then uses field return to improve later methods, delivery, and product decisions.

10

How this capability supports enterprise engagement

Industry Studio can support TekaaS industry solution exploration, managed FDE operations, and new growth options. TekaaS addresses the sponsor question and commercial scope; fde.tw provides the incubation method; Learn provides approved Studio applications, teams, programs, Artifacts, and review workspaces.

11

Trust boundary

Can support

  • Create separately reviewable solution, learning, team, and knowledge candidates.
  • Preserve evidence, counter-evidence, rights, source, and applicability for later decisions.

Does not establish

  • Studio outputs begin as candidates, not industry standards, customer-approved solutions, or production assets.
  • One review, simulation, or teach-back cannot prove commercial results or production readiness.
  • Publication, partner use, learning use, knowledge use, and reuse each require the relevant rights and human decision.

Start with one industry problem

Domain experts can request the approved Studio application path. Enterprise sponsors can describe the recurring workflow and decision they want to examine, using non-confidential language.
